Why We Built This Site
Texas court access begins with jurisdiction. The District Clerk side of Foard's combined office keeps records for the 46th District Court, while the County Clerk side serves the constitutional County Court. The Justice of the Peace and Crowell Municipal Court maintain their own lower-court matters. re:SearchTX may provide statewide case, filing, and hearing information, but the county does not publish one local search covering every court. We organize the verified routes, limits, contacts, and search tools so a reader can start with the right custodian.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how Foard County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are routed and read
- Court settings: how to use the court schedule and confirm a hearing with the right office
- Docket lookups: how to run a docket search through official local or statewide channels
- Case files: how to request court case records and ask the custodian about certification
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate the search boxes shown on some pages and control their own results, terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set the provider's charges nor decide which records it returns. Official status, hearing dates, and copies must still be checked with the court or clerk that holds the source record.
